2009 Symposium
(35th Annual Symposium)

October 16-18, 2008

This year's annual symposium is scheduled for October 16-18 and once again will be held at the Red Lion Motel at Kelso, WA.

This year's Symposium theme has been selected as "Minerals of Africa".

We have confirmed renowned and excellent speakers:

  • Rock Currier.  His presentations will include:
    A Mineral tour of the Congo and Morocco.
    A Mineral tour of Mali and Ethiopia.
  • John Schneider.  His presentations will include:
    Minerals of Tsumeb I.
    Minerals of Tsumeb II.
  • George Gerhold.  His presentations will include:
    Namibian Diamonds.
  • Steve Ouderkirk.  His presentations will include:
    The Joys of Cataloging.
  • Additional speakers to be confirmed.
