Update on “Minerals of California”, our 2018 Symposium
We now have a list of the speakers and general topics for our October 19-21 symposium:
Dan Evanich – Reward Mine and Champion Mine
Rick Kennedy – Benitoite and Petersen Mountain
John Magnasco – Obscure but important California localities
Scott Werschky – California gold
We will also have less formal presentations on Friday night in the Pine Room geared towards people new to minerals or FM. These Friday talks will be FREE and open to the public. Our first Friday evening headliner is Leslie Moclock, Curator at Rice Northwest Museum of Rocks and Minerals!
